Welcome to our brand new offering of a 10-seater wood-fired sauna set on the edge of The Lake at Cromhall - a stunning swimming lake in a crystal clear, disused quarry. The sauna comes complete with cold water shower, and for those wishing to experience the wonders of alternating between hot and cold we will soon be installing plunge pools.

LAUNCH EVENT

To mark our grand opening at The Lake, we are hosting a special launch night on Thursday 17th July, from 4 - 9pm. This celebratory evening invites guests to experience the sauna for free.
​
Attendees can enjoy a 15-minute sunset sauna session, grab a bite to eat, sip on chilled drinks (food and beverages will be available for purchase), and soak up the relaxed atmosphere by The Lake. No booking is needed for the launch event; guests are encouraged to simply swing by and enjoy the heat.

Once we are up and running you will be able to "drop-in" on a Pay-As-You-Go basis, but we recommend booking your sauna session in advance to avoid disappointment by clicking the link below.

£5 for 15-minutes
£8 for 30-minutes
£12 for 60-minutes

At the moment we are aligning our hours with the opening hours of The Lake. However we will look to extend these hours with some bespoke sessions in due course.

Thursdays - 3.30pm - 9 pm
Saturdays - 9.30am - 5pm
Sundays - 9.30am - 5pm
