Book Embers @The Lake
Welcome to our brand new offering of a 10-seater wood-fired sauna set on the edge of The Lake - a stunning swimming lake in a crystal clear, disused quarry. The sauna comes complete with cold water shower and plunge pools for those wishing to experience the wonders of alternating between hot and cold.

The bulk of our users at The Lake come primarily to swim or paddleboard, and then use the sauna afterwards to relax, get warm, and recover from their training. We take drop-ins on a Pay-As-You-Go basis, but we recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment by clicking the link below.
Pricing is £5 for 15-minutes, £8 for 30-minutes, and £12 for 60-minutes, with the option to purchase discount packages and gift cards (see below for details).

​​We also offer private hire of the sauna for groups of up to 12 people, but this cannot be booked online - instead please message us and we will happily arrange this for you.

At the moment we are restricting our hours to the opening hours of The Lake. However we will look to extend these hours with some bespoke sessions in due course.

Thursdays - 3pm - 9 pm
Saturdays - 9am - 5pm
Sundays - 9am - 5pm
